At IT Tech Solutions, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing services. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled under the following conditions:
1. Digital Services Only
All services offered by IT Tech Solutions are digital and non-tangible, including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Once work has started, services cannot be returned or reversed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered only if:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of payment
- Work has not yet started on the project
If work has already started, no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Delays caused by missing client information
- Dissatisfaction due to lack of guaranteed results
- Algorithm or platform changes (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
4. No Performance Guarantee
IT Tech Solutions does not guarantee rankings, traffic, followers, engagement, sales, or revenue.
Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used via 2Checkout (Verifone).
Processing time depends on the payment processor and may take 7–14 business days.
